Returns and Refund Policy

At DealzSuper.shop, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love every purchase you make. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return period
For physical planners, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Because digital files are available immediately, they come with a different set of terms described below.

Return requirements
To qualify for a return:

The item must be in the same condition you received it.

It should be unused, unmarked, and include its original tags and packaging.

A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
Starting a return
To begin the process, email us at contact@dealzsuper.shop. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will:

Provide a prepaid shipping label (when applicable).

Send step-by-step instructions on how and where to send your return.
Please note that returns sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged or incorrect items
Check your package upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Digital downloads, PDFs, or other instantly delivered files

Custom or personalized templates

Personal care items

Hazardous materials or flammable goods (if applicable)

Sale items and gift cards
Unsure about your item’s eligibility? Just get in touch before sending anything back.
Exchanges
The simplest way to exchange a product is to return your original purchase first. Once we’ve confirmed the return, you can place a new order for your preferred item.
Refund processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we’ll notify you if the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
Keep in mind that bank or card processing times may vary, so please allow a few extra days for the amount to appear on your account.
